We machine to a customer-held PMA, and we partner on reverse-engineering documentation packages where the customer is pursuing a new PMA. Either way, the part ships with full traceability.
Yes — we offer full reverse engineering using CMM and Keyence IM-7030 measurement, then build a print and CAM strategy to match. Customer remains the type-certificate / PMA holder.
First-article: 3–5 weeks (includes FAI). Repeat releases: 2–4 weeks. Critical AOG situations — call us.
Yes — we run lots as small as one. Many of our PMA jobs are 5–25 piece releases against a blanket PO.
