Do annual quantities automatically earn a lower price?
No. The supported price depends on release size, setup recurrence, material commitment, tooling life, inspection, outside processing, inventory exposure, and schedule stability. The quote can show breakpoints when different assumptions materially change cost.
Can Procut-CNC hold finished inventory?
Inventory or WIP may be evaluated as part of a quoted program after ownership, release timing, shelf life, storage, change exposure, cancellation terms, and capacity impact are defined. It is not assumed by default.
Is production capacity guaranteed from the annual forecast?
No. Capacity and schedule are confirmed against the released scope, firm window, material and outside-process plan, inspection requirements, and current commitments. Forecasts support planning but are not treated as firm releases unless the agreement says so.
How are first articles and production changes handled?
The quote identifies first-article and documentation scope. Revision changes, deviations, material changes, demand shifts, or quality-flow-down changes are reviewed before they are applied to price, schedule, or released work.
